To attend KRUSH Training:
- Complete form above. Registrants must be signed up individually, however, one check per school can be sent.
- Download invoice here.
- Turn invoice into school system to receive purchase order.
- Make checks payable to Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation.
- Mail purchase order to P.O. Box 4591, Frankfort KY 40601.
If you have any questions or issues, please email [email protected]. After form is complete and payment is received, more information including a Google Meet link for training will be sent to all registrants. Registrants will be receive a binder of KRUSH curriculum and materials to implement in your school.
