For ages 11-14
The Franklin Center for Innovation invites Wanda J youth to join them for Drone Flight School this summer. This program is free for our middle school youth.
June 17-July 31 | Mondays and Wednesdays, 12-3pm
Thorn Hill Education Center (700 Leslie Avenue)
In the program, youth will learn STEM concepts through a problem-based learning experience. They will be introduced to real world problems and explore the solutions that drone technology provides. They will learn about forestry and timber, mapping and construction, public safety, energy, agriculture, and cinematography. Youth will learn how to use drones as tools.
