Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation Announces Formation of Board of Directors; Community Meeting Scheduled

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation (WJRF) is proud to announce the formation of a Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Frankfort. In partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA), WJRF is dedicated to establishing a world-class after-school youth club in Frankfort, KY.

To engage the community in this exciting initiative, we invite all interested individuals to join us for a meeting on Tuesday, August 20, at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Thorn Hill Education Center, gymnasium. This is a wonderful opportunity for community members to learn how they can get involved and support our efforts.

The Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation at the Boys & Girls Club of Frankfort will leverage essential resources from the nationally recognized BGCA to provide a safe and nurturing environment for Frankfort’s youth. This collaboration aims to foster growth and resilience in our community’s young people.

Amy Snow, Executive Director of WJRF, will serve as the liaison between the Frankfort community and BGCA, ensuring that local needs and aspirations are front and center in our programming.

Join us on August 20 to learn more about how you can play a vital role in shaping the future of our youth and community.
